As of late, I’ve been reading a wonderful book on spiritual matters. I totally agree with a lot of points spoken of in it, as I myself had a Near Death Experience and know for a fact that our existence doesn’t stop with physical death. I’m also sensitive to the presence of Spirits, which are everywhere in our life… This understanding brings about a thought of the greater responsibility for our actions, as we may, and most likely will, incarnate onto this same (or another similar) planet, and we will definitely feel the consequences of our actions.

Many think they live only once and thus have a pardon for foul deeds – this is not so. I can in no way, nor do I intend, to stop people from experimenting with different choices and effects thereof on their soul, as well as on the souls of others, but I want to stress that all evil shall be returned, and the purpose of this is in allowing the one who suffers from the consequences of their evil deeds to learn their lesson. If you cause someone harm and even death, you will definitely experience the same treatment either in this life or the next.

Of course, there are nuances. Sometimes we are just surviving and, in a heat of battle, we may accidentally cause death to another just by defending ourselves or our loved ones. This is way less punishable than premeditating a murder for vague or emotional reasons. The Creator judges us all by intent. Everything else is the consequence, and it varies greatly for everyone involved. Life in the worlds of matter is a journey where we learn how to be, and how to live harmoniously with ourselves and others, as well as the world around us.

Since the Maker of All Things is infinitely wise, the best thing we can do is attune to Him and pray when we need guidance. As for spirits, they are always around us. Much like our bodies live in a constant symbiosis with lots of benevolent bacteria and constantly fight off infections, our minds are constantly surrounded by disincarnate spirits. Some are still very young and primitive, urging us to do reckless and evil things for fun, while wiser and good-willed ones will try to right us up on our path. We decide whose advice is more in tune with us, but in the end choices are our own, and we will have to answer for everything we did (or didn’t do when we had to).

In accordance with this, I’m rewriting some of my projects to better reflect the path I myself treading, as well as shifting accent onto more spiritual things. I was shying away from this before, but the book I’m reading gives me a lot of courage to tell my stories exactly the way they were meant to be told. Because of this, I will be reverting some of the changes to my lore I have made recently, so if anyone has been closely following it – bear with me. I probably shared too much too early, when the lore wasn’t properly ready, and to be frank it is still in development.

As for the book, I have almost finished reading The Spirits’ Book by Allan Kardec. I prefer the older edition, even though editions with “modern commentary” exist. This book was originally written in French, documenting questions asked by Hippolyte Léon Denizard Rivail and answers given by the Spirits, with Rivail’s own commentary trying to sum up and structure the knowledge he received from them. I personally find some of his commentary contrary to what the Spirits said in the section about human and animal souls… Most important information, however, is in the answers themselves.

If you had strange events in your life, which you believe are spirit-related, if you are sensitive to spirits like me or had a NDE, or just curious – I recommend reading this book. A lot of things I was unsure about after my own strange experiences have finally been structured in my head thanks to it, and today I feel way more confident about my life and what I want to achieve. It also finally killed off all superstition in me that was instilled by certain esoteric organizations, and I finally understand what kinds of people to avoid completely in the topics of spiritual life.

Hopefully this knowledge will be as useful to you as it was to me!
I wish you a wonderful day!
