| Creation motivation | It was a very cute game that I wanted to get lost in at the time, but I couldn’t properly create my own character in it because of the limitations of the in-game customizer. So I had to draw her. |
It was my first year at a major mobile game development company. The stress and pressure from the bosses was unbearable at times, and I just had to get lost in some game to let off steam. This game was the online 3D adventure called “Cloud Nine”. I was so fascinated by the in-game world that I even pushed myself into the forums for this game, where the Union of Pondera was proudly glowing in my signature – a faction that I invented myself for this world. Pondera promoted the principle of equilibrium. I don’t remember the plot of that game anymore – it’s been a long time, but it was interesting.
However, the moderators of the game abused their official position and prevented rankless people from playing, so after a while I had to leave the bright world of Cloud Nine. That’s a pity, because the game had a good potential. All I have left in memory of that time is the picture of Leialaren and the Pondera faction flag I made, based on the official flags from the game.
